New Posters for A Space to Remember

Relatives of former prisoners of the Neuengamme Concentration Camp are once again invited to honor their persecuted family member(s) with a poster. Poster designs can be submitted until February 25.

Since the opening of A Space to Remember, Connect, and Support, relatives of former prisoners have designed more than 120 posters. The poster designs are used to produce printing plates that can be seen on the grounds of the memorial. At the printing workshop in the Plattenhaus (pre-fabricated building) at the Neuengamme Concentration Camp Memorial, these printing plates are used to print posters, which are displayed in the memorial and other places.

On May 2, 2024, we will once again print together, exchange ideas, display posters, and present some of the posters to the public:

The posters can be taken home, distributed, or displayed at the memorial. We look forward to the many international encounters and discussions!
